Art Therapy
At Four Rivers Art Therapy, we co-create inclusive, compassionate spaces for healing and self-discovery through creative exploration, somatic awareness, and mindfulness. We believe in the innate wisdom of the body, the transformative power of art, and the human capacity to heal in connection with self, others, and the natural world.
We envision a world where individuals flourish within a web of healthy, reciprocal relationships—with themselves, each other, and the Earth. Through the integration of art therapy, the expressive arts, somatic experiencing and mindful presence, we support trauma recovery and the restoration of wholeness. We honour art as a universal language of expression—no artistic skill is required. Guided by curiosity and play, we invite all to explore creativity as a path to growth, grounding, and belonging.
